E-certificate
PHRF NW may be able to email you a copy of your certificate in a PDF version document, if you meet certain criteria.
- If your certificate has not been mailed to you by the PHRF NW office yet, you may request to have a copy of your certificate emailed to you instead of recieving it via mail. The certificate will reflect the same data as your hard copy certificate, however the date on the certificate will be the date that the certificate was created.
- We are unable to promise an immediate reply since the office is not staffed full time, but we will do our best to assist you.
- Processing may take up to a week depending on staff availability.
- When requesting your certificate by email, or US Mail, please be sure to include your name, address, boat sail number and boat name.
